Sport Therapy Services

Whatever your level of fitness, if you are recovering from an injury or operation, suffering from or recuperating after an illness, wanting to know more about what you should be eating and drinking, or you want to explore the edges of your physical possibilities, a specific exercise and/or dietary plan can be designed for you to achieve your targets as efficiently as possible.

If you have had recent surgery or have run out of steam because of injuries, put on a couple of extra pounds or just want to know what you are really capable of, let me know.
